01 Presentation Process Architecture and Multiple Views
Description
This PowerPoint show provides a schematic representation of the demo model. Key features and themes:
- A process architecture needs multiple views of a process; flow diagrams (whatever your notation) are limited
- Example views include: IGOE diagrams (Inputs, Guides, Outputs, Enablers), Relationship\Stakeholder Maps, Viable Systems Model View, Hierarchical Decomposition Diagrams
- Reports (assuming your data has been captured and stored in a Repository-Based modeling tool with a suitable meta-model), which can provide composite views of your baseline reference data
- The contentious terms "process" and "capability" are modelled here as complementary views of how the organization works
The online demo was created using Casewise Corporate Modeler and published using their publishing tool, Corporate Publisher. All (the sample) data was captured and loaded using their import too, Auto Modeler.
NOTE: You might find it easier to view the demo in full screen mode.
